Fashion Shows on GCSW 2024 Closing Day

The "Aries" Collection by Daria Bae, designed with sustainable swimwear for women, captures the powerful essence of the first sign of the zodiac. Featuring a vibrant palette of deep reds, pinks, and fiery oranges, each piece merges feminine delicacy with the indomitable strength of mythical goddesses and legendary warriors. With this proposal, women are invited to embrace sustainable and conscious fashion while making a bold and unforgettable statement.

MR&G Design presented "Desde la raíz," a collection inspired by Gran Canaria, particularly the primary sector, with a focus on agriculture, the core of this proposal. Earth tones like brown, coral, yellow, and blue take center stage, evoking a deep connection with the island and its landscapes. This collection pays homage to the designer's roots.

“Dark Heaven,” Patricia Caro's spring/summer 2025 collection, fuses a dark style with a more vibrant and psychedelic palette, moving away from traditional black. The bikinis feature sporty and daring cuts, maintaining a balance between gothic and tropical.

"Chapter II," the new proposal by SIRAGO, is inspired by the designer's travels in Asia. With vibrant colors, traditional cuts, and unique prints, the collection merges the exotic with the contemporary. The swimsuits are made from recycled polyester through an eco-friendly process, while the outerwear uses linen and cotton, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability.

The collection by Mommy Loves is inspired by idyllic vacations in the crystal-clear waters of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, capturing the essence of La Dolce Vita. With references to the 50s, 60s, and 70s and the sophistication of the globetrotters of the time like Slim Aarons, the collection stands out for its vibrant prints and intense colors that evoke the luxury of the Italian coast. Each piece merges classic elegance with detailed landscapes, recreating timeless sophistication in swimwear.

Volcano Blood is an artisanal brand of women’s swimwear inspired by the volcanic energy and beauty of the Canary Islands. Founded by twins Karen and Sheila, each piece is handmade, capturing their passion for design and exclusivity. Their collections stand out for their vibrant color palette and prints reflecting the Canarian environment. With a focus on inclusion, they offer a wide range of sizes to enhance all body types, creating unique swimsuits in limited editions that celebrate diversity and female empowerment.

"Chacholand," the new collection by Chacho Svnrs, captures the joy and nostalgia of a day at a theme park, with vibrant colors and prints evoking every corner of the park, from food stalls to souvenir shops. The collection offers comfortable and relaxed silhouettes with a playful touch, transforming each garment into a fun and memorable piece that celebrates fashion with the same excitement as an adventure in Chacholand.

Melissa Odabash launched her eponymous brand in 1999, quickly establishing a benchmark for luxury and sophistication in resort fashion. Praised by Vogue as “the Ferraris of the bikini world,” her swimwear has redefined haute couture in this sector. With over two decades of experience, Melissa has honed her craft, working with the highest quality fabrics and selling her collection in 56 countries and over 600 retail points. She also stands out for her philanthropic commitment, such as creating the first line of swimwear for mastectomy patients.

The "SIWA" swimwear collection by Diazar offers a versatile proposal for the new season, with feminine, masculine, and gender-neutral accessories. Each design reflects a commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship. The initial collection includes 12 looks: 8 feminine and 4 masculine.

The pin-up style and vintage swimwear have always been the main inspiration for Como un Pez en el Agua. For this season, the silhouette is refined even more, achieving a retro air with the incorporation of jacquard fabrics into the classic cotton. Signature ruffles and ethereal designs continue to be fundamental, while high-waist briefs and terry fabrics stand out in the collection. Polka dot and stripe patterns in vibrant red and navy blue, combined with soft and delicate tones, create the perfect mix in this proposal.

The "Tradición, Pasión, Innovación" collection by Aurelia Gil for summer 2025 evokes a childlike vision of the world through designs inspired by a large ice cream cup, with colors reminiscent of classic flavors like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and pistachio, as well as blue and lavender tones. The collection is complemented by kimonos, sarongs, and fluid pants, incorporating volumes in linen and embroidered cotton, while stripes in recycled jacquard stand out as a key element.

Kamilla Belmont is a luxury brand specializing in swimwear and resort clothing, founded by the Swedish designer of the same name. Throughout its four years of existence, the brand has maintained its focus on offering high-end cosmopolitan designs.

The new collection by Carlos Sanjuan, designed for sophisticated and sensual women, celebrates the world’s most exclusive destinations. With silk chiffon garments that play between transparency and opacity, each piece caresses the skin and enhances the natural beauty of the female body. The exclusive fabrics and gold metallic details add a touch of timeless elegance, while the color palette, inspired by ocean tones such as sapphire, turquoise, and coral, enhances the beauty of every skin tone.
