International buyers close business deals with designers at a newly professionalized showroom set up at Gran Canaria Swim Week.

The Councillor for Economic Development, Industry, Trade, and Craftsmanship, Minerva Alonso, welcomed a delegation of 20 national and international buyers from 5 different countries—specifically Germany, Italy, Denmark, Portugal, and Spain—this Thursday. These professionals come from both boutiques and large department stores. The meeting, organized in collaboration with the International Department of the Gran Canaria Chamber of Commerce and supported by ICEX, took place in a newly professionalized and private space that has been set up for the first time at Gran Canaria Swim Week.
These actions, running parallel to Swim Week, are managed with the aim of consolidating alliances and promoting the internationalization of Gran Canaria brands, providing added service to the brands that showcase on the GCSW runway.
